Member records are managed with custom fields and permanent member numbers. Members update their contact details and documents through the portal; every change is presented for approval alongside its previous value and is not recorded until approved.
Create announcement channels on the WhatsApp Business Platform and prepare email newsletters with a block-based editor. Audiences are built from member data, and people who have withdrawn consent are automatically excluded across all channels.
Dues rules are defined by member type and period, and collections and overdue payments are tracked in real time. Report charts can be filtered, and the table on screen is exported to Excel with the same filters and sort order.

Through a portal presented with your logo and domain, members update contact, representative and document information and follow their dues and announcements. New membership applications are also collected step by step through the portal.
Each update submitted from the portal or the panel is presented for approval with its current and requested values. Requests are resolved individually or in bulk, and documents attached to rejected requests are never added to the member record.
Dues rules are defined by member type, category or period, and annual records are created automatically. Payments are recorded, receipts are issued and reminders are sent to members with overdue balances.

Coratlas STK provides an isolated workspace for each organisation. Data belongs only to the organisation that owns it; required modules are enabled and new ones are added as the organisation grows.

Data is hosted in an EU data centre in Frankfurt, Germany, over encrypted connections and backed up regularly. Each organisation’s data is kept in its own workspace.
Coratlas STK is not accounting software. Dues, payment and receipt records can be exported to Excel and imported into your accounting software.
The number of panel users is unlimited, with no per-user fees. Secretariat, finance and the board each work with their own roles and permissions.
If your member list is ready, the import is usually completed on the same day. You review how each row will be processed in a preview and confirm it.
Simply upload your Excel or CSV file. The system recognises the columns, standardises values such as province and district, and shows how each row will be processed before anything is saved. The import completes after your approval, and our team can run the transition with you on request.
Yes. Each organisation works in its own isolated workspace, and users can access only their own organisation’s data. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and backed up regularly.
No installation is required. Members sign in through your portal address with a verification code sent to their email or phone. The portal is fully compatible with mobile devices.
Yes. Additional modules can be enabled or disabled at any time. Data in a disabled module is not deleted, and you can continue where you left off when it is enabled again.
A Meta Business account and a WhatsApp Business number owned by your association are sufficient, and the connection is set up together with our team. Messaging fees are billed directly by Meta. The system shows your daily quota and number of recipients before sending.
Consent and communication permissions are recorded together with their source, and no bulk messages are sent through any channel to people who withdraw consent. All actions are kept in the audit trail, and deletion and export requests can be handled from the panel.
